Julie K. Bishop‑Leone is a dedicated speech‑language pathologist whose career has been defined by her deep commitment to the rehabilitation and improving the quality of life of individuals living with a laryngectomy. With more than three decades of clinical and research experience in head and neck oncology, alaryngeal voice restoration, and pulmonary rehabilitation, and swallowing disorders, Julie has devoted her professional life to helping patients and their families navigate through recovery and adjust to a new way of living. She has extensive experience in laryngectomy rehabilitation, tracheoesophageal voice restoration, and evidence‑based airway management.
